When requested to put together a 150mm high stack of bespoke laminations with interacting features utilising electrical steel we thought this could be interesting.  Our experts here at Photofabrication managed to design jigs to hold the chemically etched components in place allowing the specialist photo etching resist to bond.  The reist doubles up as a resist to allow the etching to take place and has insulation properties which whilst bonding the laminations in the stack also maintains the stacks properties.

All very clever stuff, and we do like a challenge:)
