<td>Photofabrictaion are dedicated to protecting the environment and applying any and all advances in technology to improve the way processed liquid is treated, recycled and re-used.  This has led to the introduction of a new &#8220;£50,000 plus&#8221; investment in effluent treatment facilities.  All processing water is now treated to neutralise any harmful levels of acid or alkaline.  Much of the treated water is now re-used within the facilities and that which cannot be used is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.The electronic control system allows dosing to regenerate the chemicals and make them last longer which is energy efficient.  It also allows us to regularly monitor the performance of the treatment facilities so refinements and improvements can continually me made.</td>

<td>A huge congratulations to 6 more employees from Photofabrication, they have completed the Business improvement techniques qualification regularly referred to as LEAN.  The principle is one the whole team at Photofabrication believes in, we now have all employees qualified and working away and small LEAN projects to improve the company. </p>
<p>These improvements both improve the way the company is run for efficiency and health &amp; safety but also make it a better place to work. At the same time we now have a LEAN Leader who has successfully passed the next qualification on and is spearheading the LEAN revolution at Photofabrications.  Well done to all of you.</td>
