Clear Lacquer

Applies a thick clear lacquer finish to metal, without losing the metallic look and feel.

Prevents fingerprinting Soften edges of the metal

After the clear lacquer finish is applied, we are able to print in FULL colour on to the card.

Black Paint Infill

Automated system means large areas of surface etch detail can be flawlessly infilled with black paint.

Colour match to any pantone number.

Can infill more than one colour By hand process so labour intensive, may want to consider full colour print instead

Black Metal

This is a pre-oxidised stainless steel. The surface on both sides is an even black colour. When we etch into the surface of the metal, the natural silver of the stainless steel appears.

We are the only supplier of this metal in the UK It is only available in one thickness which is 0.2mm thick. We recommend that it is clear lacquered, which provides the most stunning results.

NB: We manufacture external plaques and black paint infill is used in these applications. Depending on human traffic, touching the plaques and the level of environmental exposure, the black paint infill will need making good between every 2 and 7 years.
