The management

Photofabrication can offer a wide range of post etching services to meet the customers' needs. Many services are "in-house" and those that are sub-contracted are diligently controlled through skilled Project Management and logistical control team. Every sub-contractor is vetted to ensure they comply with our own high standards as part of our ISO 9001:2000 program. Final inspection of the products is undertaken by our highly trained, skilled operators.
Formed parts using in house tooling
For post etching processes our engineers are able to advise on tricky design problems. We are able to offer forming solutions to suit individual needs, as all hard tooling is made in-house, in our recently updated toolroom.
Plating and finishing
We are able to provide plating to exacting specifications including: tin, bright tin, electroless nickel, chrome, chemical blacking, gold, silver. Metal finishing includes: cleaning, polishing, degreasing, burr removal or anodizing.
Heat Treatment
We can provide high quality components that have been heat treated, hardened or case hardened, annealed and stress relieved to meet the exacting standard required by the customer.

Capability to weld or solder metal parts with great accuracy.

Screen Printing and In-filling with paint
We have in-house capabilities to infill etched detail and stove paint components to your requirements. Alternatively, we can screen print your details onto the surface using a durable two pack epoxy ink.
